What does amitamin® Tryptovit night do?

amitamin® Tryptovit night contains a high quality and tried and tested formula. Vitamins (B2, B6, B12, C, biotin, niacin) are combined with amino acids, minerals and plant extracts to fundamentally contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system.

1.500 µg melatonin are included in the product to additionally contribute to the relief of non-organic sleep-wake rhythm irregularities (subjective jetlag sensation) with regular intake from the first day of exercise or travel. The melatonin contained in amitamin® Tryptovit night also contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep.

L-Tryptophan can increase the propensity for sleep and increase the effects of drugs. The use of amitamin® Tryptovit night may therefore compromise the ability to participate in road traffic. The doctor or therapist should be consulted before consumption when antidepressants are taken in parallel.

Not suitable for pregnant or lactating women as well as children and adolescents. Consume only in the evening before sleep.

One package contains 90 capsules. This lasts for 30 days when takingthe recommended daily dosage of three capsules.

Directions and important information

Take once a day, take three capsules before sleep with half a glass of water, juice or green tea.

Do not exceed the daily dose. Food supplements are not a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep dry, protected from light at room temperature and out of reach of small children.
